Your username was used to enter the subscriber's section from 3 separate ISPs or IP addresses within a 60 minute time frame. The security software will suspend any subscriber that it thinks, based on usage patterns, is providing unauthorized access to the subscriber's area. If some other person is using your username and password is is your sole responsability. Its your fault and no BS excuses are acceptable.
This suspension will last for 5 days!
We hate theiving password traders and those that share usernames. Please DO NOT expect us to restore your username any sooner.
The subscription you purchased is for your private use only. It is exactly like a ticket to a movie theater or sporting event and can only be used to admit a single person to this publication. Your username and password combination should not be given to others.
The speed and enjoyment of this publication is enhanced by managing the number of people accessing it at any one time. If a subscriber provides his password to other people, and those other people then provide it to still more people, the publication becomes crowded, slow and less enjoyable for the subscribers that actually pay for access.
Please protect your password. We are the only people that can restore your password. Please remember that the security software on this publication will suspend your username and password again automatically if it is used by 3 or more locations within a 60 minute time frame.
We will gladly restore your current password if you send us a message using the form below with your username and email address. For your protection we can only send username and password information to the email address used when purchasing your subscription.
We are in the office M-F 8:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, and often on weekends. We will restore your password as soon as the five day suspension expires and send you a list of the IP addresses and/or ISPs it was used from.
